I care deeply about this cause, and I hope you will support this effort. These people have been deeply traumatized and the guilty party must be punished! Please ask everyone you know to give this petition a boost! This could happen to any of us, and we would want justice, too. Let’s show all the madmen, animal haters that their vile acts will not go unnoticed and unpunished!

Update on artist who displayed starving dog as “art”

Dear The Pawz Cauze Show:

Please know that we are aware of the situation and are working with
local ngos. According to our partner organizations in Central America,
the dog was in a state of starvation when he was captured from the
street for display. There is conflicting information, but we have heard
that the dog spent one day in the exhibit and later escaped the gallery.
The Honduran ngo that we have been working with has confirmed that the
Biennial organizers of the Honduran gallery have agreed to ban this
“artist” from the gallery.

The organizers have stated that they will
also include new competition rules that prohibit the abuse of animals.
We are keeping close watch on the case. If new information surfaces, we
will be updating our FAQ page at:

It appears that Mr. Guillermo Vargas Habakkuk has been tying up dogs, starving them, then displaying their agony to the public as “art”.  Well, The Pawz Cauze Crew says that it is NOT art and we want you to help stop him!
