Dear Everyone: (photos at end of post)
Molly and Homer are 2 purebred hounds that have been dumped. Molly is believed to have been kept as a breeding dog in a puppy mill, it’s apparent that she has had many litters of pups and when her usefullness was over, she was abandoned. You can see from her picture that she has a partial missing front paw.
I’m including Homer who is a PB Walker hound who loves Molly….Both are gentle and kind and deserve good homes.
We are going to let Molly and Homer stay with us as long as they need to. They both deserve good lives….they are also on Petfinder, both are sweet and social and probably about 3 or 4 years old.
On Tuesday they’ll be going to the vet for their spay and neuter. Molly has had enough puppies in her lifetime.
There is a Native American legend which says “When a Human dies, there is a bridge they must cross to enter into heaven. At the head of that bridge, waits every Animal that Human has ever encountered during their lifetime. The Animals, based upon what they know of this person, decide which Human can cross the bridge, and which Human is turned away….”
