Well, mom has been flooded with questions lately about what homeopathics she loves to use for us cats the most.  Now for those of you who know us, know that mom prefers to use the wonderful Young Living oils and supplements on us cats first-and-foremost.  but she does keep homeopathic remedies on hand for emergencies and some of them she uses on a daily basis for certain defects some of us are trying to overcome (such as vaccine toxicity). You all know how mom loves to help people.  Well, she was sent an email about a little dog and of course we had to share it with you.  The names have been eliminated to protect the inocent from being spammed.  I hope you are able to use this information to help your beloved pet.

I was at a natural pet store this weekend and a couple walked in with their very elderly dog. I believe they said he was 19 and I think it was a basset hound. They started him on an already  prepared raw food diet about a month ago. They had just come from the vet where the dog had his ear cleaned. Apparently he’s been through 2 rounds of antibiotics which did not help. H e has a very sore and red ear. They stopped by to see if the shop owner could offer some advice since she carries homeopatic remedies. I didn’t want to stick my nose in too much but I did mention that it could be the dog going through detox. The shop owner is familiar with the couple so I was thinking about calling to check on the dog. The poor thing was in so much pain and he smelled like those poor animals that get hit by cars and bake in the sun for a few days. I’m sure it was his ear and I wasn’t even that close to him.  I was wondering if you had any suggestions.

Hello Everyone!

I am such a happy cat!  We leave for the summit today.  Remember, I won’t be back until Monday with more cat-sense.  I hope you will miss me!

Mom was talking with someone from her group today and she gave them some pretty good information.  So since she stole my line yesterday, I’m going to steal her thoughts and suggestions!  So there.  Fair is fair!

My mom was asked to produce a list of her oils and what she conciders to be “must haves” in her emergency animal/human first aid kit.  She was gracious enough to allow me to copy and paste this here for my readers.
