This heartless piece of shit brutally beat the neighbor’s dog and the man who tried to stop him. The man did not file assult charges but will be testifying to the ordeal in a court of law. Want to know the sad part? Because this garbage is a ‘highly decorated Fire Chief Assistant’ the police were not going to arrest him! How dispicable is that?

We joined the family for the candlelight vigil being held at Arlington Park at 3860 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, CA 92503 from 3pm-5pm PST on November 11, 2009.
